2016 MLS Week 34 : Decision Day Timeline

Decision day came out of the gates hard and we try something new this week. We give a full “live” timeline update of all the goals and their impact on the playoff picture on the final week of the 2016 regular season.

2016 Week 28 : East heavyweights battle for first

Red Bull New York gives up another 2 goal lead this time leading to a 3-3 draw up in Toronto. Columbus wins in the most boring 5 goal game possible. New England coming into form at the best time possible as they route Montreal 3-1

2016 Week 27: Sam back at RBA, LD back with LA and NE shows signs of life

A full slate of MLS action this week sees the return of the Prodigal Son back to LA and he comes off the bench to make a cameo. New England finally shows that they do indeed have talent and if they can keep up this form will prove to be a tough out in the playoffs. Veron and Royer start for RBNY and look dangerous both ways.

2016 Week 22: Giovinco/Dempsey hat tricks and Coast to Coast battle

We are back in Jersey and on our normal run today. We talk about the hat tricks from both The Deuce and The Atomic Ant this week. Then we move out to LA for a thriller of an ending between 2 teams who have won 4 of the last 6 Supporters Shield winners.

2016 MLS Week 13 : MLS and gearing up for Copa

We only have time for 2 MLS games this week, the hat trick by BWP and the stunning comeback in stoppage time by Orlando City. We move right along with a recap of the two international friendly’s and give our take on the upcoming Copa America Centenario taking place on our own soil.

2016 MLS Week 8 : Cyle Larin the Artist

We are joined by Rick’s son for national take your child to work day and surprisingly he managed to stay pretty quiet while we recorded. The Gates finally opened for BWP with a brace, Colorado continues it’s strong run of form, and a Plata-less RSL gets their first defeat of the season in grand fashion.

We may be a day late but we are never a dollar short. Of course we cover the chaos of the end of the Orlando City game, how could we not? Red bulls play 2, and lost them both, While Colorado played 2 and got the full 6 points.

2016 MLS Week 6 : Rollingshead is Born and Oyongo’s Tecmo Cross

The cover continues to remain on the net for Bradley Wright-Phillips even though he had an astounding 10 shots on goal. Ignacio Piatti continues to just do Piatti things and with the other attacking three players, he looks even more dangerous. Some good action all around and a big double game week for a lot of teams upcoming.
