2016 Week 26: Sacha makes most of USMNT callup

2 World Cup Qualifiers in the books with a combined score of 10-0. The USMNT advance to the Hex and stories abound. The return to form of Jozy Altidore, the return period, of Sacha Kljestan, and finally, the rise of Cristian Pulisic. The Red Bulls also pulled off only their second road win of the season and they can thank Erik Hurtado for that.

2016 MLS Week 17 : MLS in the Dog Days of Summer

The Dog days of summer are here and MLS is getting back into the regular swing of things. NYCFC finally get their first win against a New York opponent and we have to talk about that, even though it pains us to do so. Montreal look just fine with out one Didier Drogba as they come storming back against New England, despite Kei Kamara opening his Revolution account.

The cover continues to remain on the net for Bradley Wright-Phillips even though he had an astounding 10 shots on goal. Ignacio Piatti continues to just do Piatti things and with the other attacking three players, he looks even more dangerous. Some good action all around and a big double game week for a lot of teams upcoming.
